1. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these Terms. By confirming acceptance in the app, you agree to them. Protect your Google account, provide accurate profile information, and use only an account you are authorized to use.
Birth date and gender are required profile fields. Our Privacy Policy explains their use. Accepting these Terms does not replace separate consent required for a particular use of personal data.
2. Using the service
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not violate others' privacy or intellectual property, commit fraud, bypass payment or security controls, or disrupt the service. Do not seek content that exploits children or encourages self-harm, violence, or unlawful harm. Describing distress or seeking support is not itself a breach.
Rights in our software, branding, and card artwork remain with us or our licensors. This permission does not authorize their separate commercial reuse or restrict rights you have under applicable law.
3. Your content
You retain your rights in the questions, journals, and other content you submit. You permit us and providers acting for us to process it only as needed to provide your selected features and protect the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
This permission does not authorize publication of private entries, advertising use, or general-purpose model training. It ends when the content is deleted, subject to the limited retention and deletion process in our Privacy Policy. You may use generated responses for personal reflection and personal sharing, subject to third-party rights. AI outputs may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection.
4. Tarot and AI limitations
Readings are for entertainment and reflection. They do not reliably predict events, establish another person's thoughts, or provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. AI can produce inaccurate or unsuitable content. Check important information independently and use your own judgment.
The app does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or emergency assistance. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services. See our Tarot, AI & Wellness Disclaimer.
5. Subscriptions
Paid in-app subscriptions use Google Play Billing. Review the price, billing period, benefits, limits, renewal conditions, and any trial terms before buying. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until canceled under the applicable terms.
You can manage renewal in the Google Play subscription center. Uninstalling the app or deleting your Arcamora Tarot account does not cancel a subscription. Our Subscription & Billing Terms explain cancellation, refunds, and deletion during paid access.
6. Availability and account closure
Interruptions may occur. We may make reasonable service changes or restrict access to address misuse, security risks, or legal obligations. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us for review.
You may stop using the service and request deletion through our Account & Data Deletion page. Suspension, changes, or deletion do not remove mandatory refund or privacy rights. Material reductions to paid benefits will be addressed with the notice and remedies required by law.
7. Your rights and updates
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing here excludes liability, consumer protections, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. You retain the protections and dispute-resolution rights available under applicable law.
