These Subscription & Billing Terms apply to Arcamora Tarot subscriptions provided by 【补充：公司法定英文名称】 through Google Play. Please also read our Terms of Use.
1. Plans and benefits
Arcamora Tarot offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions with the same feature benefits. Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly; annual subscriptions are billed once per year for the full annual amount. Any displayed monthly equivalent of an annual price is a comparison, not monthly installments.
Premium provides three readings per day, with a choice of a one-card or three-card spread. Each includes card meanings and an in-depth reading. The Premium allowance replaces the free daily allowance; the two are not added together. Premium also includes weekly letters based on recorded moods and card draws.
Without a subscription, you receive three one-card readings per day with basic card meanings, plus one lifetime free in-depth reading using either a one-card or three-card spread. This one-time reading is not a subscription trial.
Daily allowance rules: 【补充：每日重置时间、未用次数是否结转及失败或重试计次规则】. We use a device-linked claim record to check eligibility for the one-time free in-depth reading. Deleting your account and registering again does not make you eligible to claim it again. Our Privacy Policy explains how eligibility records are handled.
2. Price and automatic renewal
The standard US-dollar prices are US$4.99 per month and US$41.92 per year, billed annually. The annual price is approximately 30% lower than twelve monthly payments; it is the regular annual-plan price, not a first-year promotional price.
The app's purchase offer and Google Play checkout show your price, currency, billing period, and applicable charges before confirmation. Prices may vary by market. Any local savings comparison uses the actual local prices. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew at the applicable price unless canceled before the next billing date, subject to Google Play's rules and applicable law.
There is no subscription free trial and no special first-month or first-year price. The one-time free in-depth reading does not start an automatically renewing subscription.
3. Manage or cancel
Open the Google Play subscription center, use the Google account that made the purchase, select Arcamora Tarot, and follow the cancellation steps. Check the confirmation and access end date.
Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the current paid period. It does not normally refund that period; Google Play rules and applicable law may provide other outcomes. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not cancel renewal.
4. Account deletion and paid access
Deleting your Arcamora Tarot account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Recurring charges continue unless you cancel through Google Play. Deletion ends access to the original app account.
If your subscription is still valid after you register and sign in again, use the Google Play account that made the purchase, open the membership subscription page in Arcamora Tarot, and select Restore purchases. This restores the remaining valid membership benefits without buying the same subscription again. It does not restart the paid period or restore deleted journals, readings, or other account content. Canceling renewal normally does not end an already-paid period early.

5. Missing benefits and refunds
If Google Play shows a valid subscription but benefits are missing, select Restore purchases on the membership subscription page using the Google Play account that made the purchase. If access is still missing, contact us before buying again. Include your Google Play order ID where available; never send your password or full payment card details. A pending purchase may not provide access until confirmed.
Refunds follow Google Play policies and applicable law. See Google Play's refund guidance, or contact support@arcamora.com. Check the refund outcome for its effect on paid access and future billing. These Terms do not exclude statutory refund or other consumer remedies.
6. Changes and contact
Changes to subscription prices follow Google Play's notice and consent requirements and applicable law. Material reductions or discontinuation of paid benefits will include information about available cancellation or refund remedies. We will notify you of material updates to these Terms as required.
